Vietnamobile has selected Comviva to power AI-led intelligent customer engagement.
Under the agreement, Comviva will help the Vietnamese operator provide personalised contextual communications with its MobiLytix Real Time Marketing platform. MobiLytix unifies customer engagement, data science and intelligent AI driven automation capabilities within a single platform to execute campaigns real-time and at scale.
